Our Story
Atlas Stark was founded in 2017 by Gabriel and Trey, following a long-standing working relationship in commercial real estate. Guillois brought deep experience in capital markets and development, while Adams contributed a background in healthcare consulting and project execution. Together, they set out to build a firm that pursues investment and development opportunities through a fully integrated, hands-on model.
Before establishing Atlas Stark, Guillois was a partner at The Lundy Group, where he led development strategy and capital raising, including a dedicated medical-office investment fund. Adams began his career advising hospital systems on facility planning and regulatory strategy, then transitioned to brokerage and development at Lundy with a focus on leasing, acquisitions, and repositioning projects.
Since 2017, the company has completed more than thirty investments and deployed over 100 million dollars in equity across North Carolina. Guided by the founders’ complementary strengths, Atlas Stark remains committed to disciplined execution, long-term value creation, and strong relationships within the communities it serves.
