Margaret ensures that Atlas Stark’s property portfolio is effectively showcased to the surrounding community and beyond. As Marketing Director, she partners closely with the Leasing Team to develop compelling listings and cohesive marketing materials that support the company’s overall brand and growth strategy.

With more than a decade of experience in small business marketing and account management, Margaret oversees the presentation and positioning of properties across all marketing channels. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina State University in 2015.

After 7 years in Charlotte, Margaret recently returned to Raleigh to be closer to friends and family. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting local businesses, attending concerts, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
