As CFO of Atlas Stark Holdings, Bill leads the firm’s financial strategy and oversees the development and maintenance of best-in-class operational and financial systems. He brings deep experience in private equity and venture capital operations, with a career spanning fund management, finance, and operational leadership.

Before joining Atlas Stark Holdings, Bill served on the operations team at Virgo Investment Group, a California-based private equity firm. He previously worked as a Fund Controller with Standish Management, a boutique private equity fund administration and consulting firm in Boston. Bill began his career in PwC’s Asset Management practice in Boston, where he managed financial statement assurance engagements and focused on private equity and venture capital funds.

Bill is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. He earned a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and holds both a Master’s in Accountancy and an MBA from Northeastern University.
